Colorado Springs has a lot of crime with homes and cars being broken into all the time. The police aren't very good the response time can be hours that is not what they claim but is the truth. I was born here and it was a nice city forty years ago but now it isn't. There are shootings all the time mostly by the police. It is not a city that I would suggest anyone move to unless you are retired military, in the military, or working for the military.
