I have a question: what do de value under "crime increasing in the last 3 years" mean? I thought it was the percentage of increase during in 3 years but the crime indexes from 2012 to 2017 by country do not confirm those values. These are far too high. Brazil had an index of 67 in 2014, and 70,62 in 2017. Increase: 19,2%, much lower than the percentages of around 80 for São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
