After living in many areas of Australia & personally not being affected by crime that Albury NSW is pretty bad. Our home has been broken into. Our car has had stuff stolen from it, we’ve had bottles thrown onto ur driveway & smashed & other vandalism. Our street & neighbours have experienced home break ins & cars stolen from driveways, burglaries & there’s regular drug deals taking place down the street with nothing being done about this. And btw we live in a “good” area of Albury.

I feel there are lots of crimes which aren't reported. Due to the lack of police and cars to get to the people's needs. Some police l have dealt with comes across as they are too full of themselves and they don't want to know.
The time they turn up it takes far too long. At times I wouldn't want my life to be dependent on them cause I could be dead. The law and the length to get a hearing for the crimes and heard it takes too long. Types of crimes eg rape, sexually assalt they make out the victim is a criminal.
