US dollar has been a precious asset kept by much people all over the world for safekeeping because the value of US dollar is pretty stable without loss unlike other unstable currency. That is the also the very reason that makes US very powerful and rich.
It is unimaginable to the day when all people all over the world no longer want to hold US dollar anymore because of a harmful policy to US dollar introduced first time ever by the current US president Trump. More and more people are dumping US dollar because the value of US dollar is falling clearly against all currencies of all other countries.
More inflation is a simple intention game of Trump but Trump is clearly heading to collapse the monopoly of US dollar game. With the collapse of US dollar by printing US dollar, US shall no longer be where it is today anymore so sacrificing inflation is clearly a much better deal for US and is also a powerful weapon to lecture other countries to treat her people fairly by removing inflation.

The first ever apology to the native aborigine from the Chinese-origin Taiwan president might be a sign that all the ancient and new Chinese-origin immigrants would leave Taiwan for good in the near future in order to restore the full independence of the native aborigine. So wondering when the Chinese-origin immigrants including the current Chinese-origin Taiwan president and her Chinese-origin colleagues in the new Taiwan government would leave Taiwan, indeed the sooner the better for the native aborigine to establish their own nation without a blood of Chinese immigrants.

It is indeed a victorious news for the aborigine all over the world so aborigine in US, Canada, Australia, etc should take this rare opportunity and immediately urge the ruling immigrants in their respective territory to follow the lead of the current Taiwan president and prepare to leave the mainland of their territories altogether in order to restore the full independence of native aborigine in their rightful territory

US stock market is the main culprit causing the endless inflation throughout the world.

Stock market must be a merely place where businesses can access the needed fund to enable the smooth operation of their business and people can invest their money into businesses of their choice through the stock market.

The problem is the oil is not a business but was incorporated into the stock market which results part of your oil stock investment fund being used attempting to continuously lift the price of oil in order to return profits on your oil stock investment and consequently with the higher oil price, consumer inflation kicks in endlessly. The ugliest part of the oil price is there is no whatsoever deflation with oil price falling sadly.

So adding oil to the stock is the grievous mistake ever done in human history which allows ripping off wealth from each surviving human throughout the world to the extent of survival has become a problem for millions of people in many parts of the world unlike never seen before in history because living cost is getting more and more extremely expensive now compared to the pre-Iraq war, thanks to the endless inflation jumping caused by the absurd oil price coming from the culprit stock market.

To resolve this endless inflation curses, government must immediately remove all non-business related oil and all commodities from the stock trading and place the oil under the special supervision of the Washington government with the price setting of less than 20 dollar a barrel to return justice and peace to all people all over the world.

Patricia, cost for a 2 bedroom home in the greater Metropolitan DC area (we consider Northern Virginia, much of Maryland, to also be part of the area) in the suburbs or one of the smaller cities is about $500,000-$600,000. One of the bigger cities/closer to downtown you can expect to pay 1 mill- 2 million in one of the residential areas. If you want an actual standalone house in or next to down town itself it's worse. Town houses are much cheaper, and condos (where you own your condo, unlike paying rent in an apartment) are cheapest, though you still have to pay building maintenance fees.

Unsafe neighborhoods are more likely to have apartments or homes split into duplexes or something similar, you are unlikely to buy a home there.

Public transport fees vary based on bus usage or metro trains. Buses cost about two dollars one way, though there are some places they aren't as convenient for- suburban areas may have an hour between the buses going to your destination, (though there are other bus routes too) downtown may take ten minutes. Trains can cost anywhere between $2-5, and are usually only used for when you want to travel bigger distances or for commuting. The commuter train, which is not the same system as the Metro, can go even greater distances, like connecting Northern Virginia to Baltimore or taking you down to Richmond. Bikeshare is even cheaper, and there are extensive carpool systems, and other alternative transport methods that cut costs. Driving on the highways means dealing with lots of traffic (we won the award, we officially have worse traffic than LA) but you can skip some of that if you pay the usually ridiculously expensive $9 toll during rush hour to go on special lanes which *sometimes* have less traffic.

I live in one of the downtowns and I've found that buses are great here and walking is super convenient. My parents live in a suburbs here and they are a little less pedestrian friendly if you want to walk beyond your neighborhood.

In general it is one of the more expensive places in the country to live, but there are always free events and free activities and resources available to the public so that cuts on some costs.
