Admin,

I did my searches in English. For other cities like Manila and Davao, the prices I found are close to what is listed for these cities here in numbeo, but for Valenzuela the prices listed here don't seem right. The prices I found for rent in Valenzuela are close to the prices I found for Manila.
#Anton Sayo on Dec 13, 2015 :
With good ppublic service, businesses tend to come up with good sevices and economical prices. The city's support services is also excellent. Thus, cost of living in cities like Valenzuela is low and quality of life is relatively high.

Aroldo, did you search in Spanish? That's a price of long term rental prices, so you cannot find that one on airbnb.com. It is usually the price most locals do pay.
#Aroldo on Dec 01, 2015 :
Are these rent per month prices a reality? They seem too low!!! I couldn't find anything that low in any of my searches on airbnb.com, olx.php, agoda.com, etc. Can anyone tell me a real estate website or local advertisement website where I can find anything close to the prices shown here?

Thanks

Living in Valenzuela is as good as living in province but in city. crime rate is low and I feel that i'm secured. Highly industrialized city that provides job to all Valenzuelanos. Keep it up Valenzuela!
#Lahad Datu on May 07, 2015 :
Going back to the topic, It's nice to see that valenzuela is becoming more adaptive and friendly to its people despite of being an industrial city. However, the congestion is still an issue in McArthur Highway and its nearby roads. Countless road contructions are underway but its struggling to keep up with the vehicle passing along. I hope the traffic will be resolved in that area sooner.

Reply to laimar, including building materials is pointless, what about those people whose intended purpose is to rent/lease?
#Laimar palad on May 04, 2015 :
how about for building materials? CHB, plywood, cement, gravel, sand, etc..?
