Respected Sir,
I want to relocate from Bangalore to Indore due to job purposes. Basically I am into construction and infrastructure sector holding the position of Deputy Project Manager in a private construction company.
Few of my general queries are as follows:
1. %of safety and security on the streets of Indore for women and children?
2. Are street food of good quality & hygienic?
3. Local transport availability like Bus, Local train, Metro Train, Auto, Uber, Ola or any private cab services etc.? —With Timings please.
4. Is Cash acceptable all around Indore city? (As in Bangalore from Tea stall to Saloon - Everybody use UPI payment & even ₹10 coins are banned)
5. Living & Travelling expenses (Approx)
6. Vegetables and Fruits expenses (Approx) (Is it almost same like other metropolitan cities?)
7. Price of Petrol & Diesel in Indore (Current Rate)
8. Living expenses refers to
a) Paying Guest - Two sharing (Approx range with amenities provided)
b) 1BHK Flat/Studio - Monthly Rent
c) 2BHK Flat - Monthly Rent
(Security Deposit will try to be negotiated, if not then a mutual understanding and agreement to be jointly consented and approved by both 1st & 2nd party)
Note: (Basic requirements)
* Water, Electricity, Gas, Lift etc provisions to be briefed in the beginning (1st Floor Flat preferable due to my leg bone broken)
* Bathrooms to have American standard seating
* Fully furnished/Semi-furnished Flat required/most preferred
* Wall painting to be of light pink/off-white & ceiling must be white in colour and Floors should be either Marble/Tile Flooring
* A small Balcony is must for children to play while I am married
* Master bedroom should have attached toilet with a shower (Hot & Cold) and a Common toilet for everyone including guests
* All electrical points function to be tested and demonstrated prior to handing over to the customer(All rooms must have light & fan on/off switch close/nearby to bed)
* Step-up/Step-down transformer if required can be installed to withstand the voltage fluctuations
As I am little bit physically handicapped hence furnished/semi-furnished flat will be beneficial for me, since I am planning for marriage by Dec-22. Hence I need to fully arrange my home/flat properly with little bit of Owner’s support prior to my marriage.
Sir, kindly do contact me on the below number mentioned if you can sort out my queries and arrange my home/flat accordingly based on my knowledge and my fiancé’s wish/desire and also discuss the rates for the same individually and lastly the total rent per month.
(Which might include painting cost, labor wages per day for painting, skilled & unskilled workers rates and how many workers are being deployed for the painting & furnishing works)
Regards
Pramit Kumar Paul
