Thank you.
Am ara and am 17 yrs old from Erbil . Living in Erbil is extremely safe and the monthly wages are also good specifically for foreigners .
And you can walk at the night alone without any worries because the crime level is very low and the people here are so friendly and like the foreigners and a good place especially for the foreign engineers
I am from Erbil and its a great place in every aspect but do not try to come here to find a job without a job offer and if anyone needs any help do not hesitate to ask

Erbil is a very nice and friendly city. The Iraqi government has not paid salaries for 7 years. The economy is stable but NOT prosperous. My advise to you is; if you have a job offer come. You will be very comfortable and happy, if you don't have a job offer?! DO NOT COME to Erbil. You will be wasting your time and money. Erbil has been flooded lately with cheap Egyptian labor. 12$ for 10-12 hour day. I repeat DO NOT COME unless you have a JOB OFFER.
