can we talk about how buffalo has the 7th most expensive apples in the world!? how is that possible! i do agree with the average prices. marbs are up to $12 now. Sure you can find cheaper housing but like the one commenter said ya take your chances. but you Don't move to the buffalo inner city from across the world. so I'd say everything is accurate. Them apples tho!

If you can find an apartment for under $700 in a decent neighborhood please tell me where you live? Even $700 per month is low for a 2 or 3 bedroom apt in a neighborhood where you might want to live!

if you go to the projects you might be able to find a 600 dollar apt but you risk your life living there every day. the lowest price for an apt where you wont get shot randomly is around 700 at least for a 2 bdrm. ive never seen a apt go for under that if it were 3 bdrm though. and ive lived here my whole life. the prices arent really that much off.

your price for apartments is rather high in area out side center I worked for a people where most apartments were 2 and 3 bedroom and averaged about 500$ each your figures don't add up
