onebed room 1100/monthly rent ? Let's say rent at 900/month. one year is 10800. the apartment buying in central downtown is 990/m2. 50m2 enough for onebed room apartment. total:49500. that means the apartment rent annual payback rate is : 10800/49500=21.8% ! incredible! the figure here must be wrong !

Cleveland is a great place to live. We have some of the best universities, museums, and parks in the country. Our theatre district and orchestra is one of the best in the country. Cleveland also offers great night life and restaurants. The lake is a plus with beaches and water sports we enjoy during the summer and winter sports are close by in the winter. If you can stand 3 or 4 months of snow and hot summers, Cleveland is a great, inexpensive place to live and work.
