Who in their right god given mind would spend 5.5mil pesos (over 100,000 US) on a condo in a 3rd world country? (Emerging country) Earthquakes, volcanoes, typhoons, corrupt as hell government and you name it! Please don't call it an investment because you will be sadly disappointed.
