"The electricity is the highest I've ever seen of any place I have ever been. Having electricity is only affordable for the average person if they only run light bulbs, fans, and occasionally a TV"

Apparently you have never lived in south Florida. During the hot months (usually mid-March to late October), electric bills can exceed $350.00 (USD). And these figures were as of 25 years ago. One reason why I left.

The electricity is the highest I've ever seen of any place I have ever been. Having electricity is only affordable for the average person if they only run light bulbs, fans, and occasionally a TV. Most other costs of living are reasonable. Not the cheapest, but within reason.
