The worst traffic in Europe, ever! Most of drivers have no idea about the rules and do not apply them while driving. Most of them got their driving license by bribing and corruption. It is such a risk to drive in this city as a tourist. Expect seeing new brand expensive cars whose drivers don't even give a damn about signaling direction change when turning left or right. Pay high attention when traffic lights turn green, since you might end up being crashed by a retard passing on red from the opposite side. A city of underdeveloped monkeys, showing off in German cars and imported clothes! The outskirts of civilization.
