I traveled 4 miles and was charged 13.60 in grand island Nebraska. That seems drastically higher then the estimated 7 dollars stated here. Then the driver claimed not to have the 6.40 in change claiming to only have 5 dollar bills cheating me out of 1.40 in change. How can they get away with charging you 3 dollars more then they should even if the base fare is 3.50 at pickup and not having correct change upon dropping you off at your destination. Something is not right about that
