Everything in Croatia is centralized in Zagreb. A lot of opportunities and culture is different from the rest of Croatia(all the business happens here and a lot of students and tourists). For me like every major European city. Jobs, culture, nature, architecture, restaurants, fun, everything is here. Like everywhere in Croatia the salaries are low for the cost of living but you will definitely find a job here. Prices of rent and property are too high. Traffic is one of the worst stuff here if you have a car. The underground railway would be perfect from the City center (if possible because of the structure of the old buildings) to the airport. Air quality I believe everywhere in Croatia is good no matter what someone says Croatia is still a green country.
