Ulladulla enjoys a temperate climate and is renowned as a surfers hot spot.
Ulladulla has a RSL Club and a Bowling Club.
Ulladulla is the main commercial area with numerous shops and services.
There is a Primary and High School. Wollongong and TAFE have small Education facilities here.
Near the Harbour there are a number of take away food stores. and Newsagency.
The town is pretty self contained for day to day living.
There are 2 retirement villages in the area.
There are many active groups to join if you wish, such as cycling, surf life saving at Mollymook and outrigger paddlers, kayaking, photography club and video grapghy clubs. Plus National Parks Bush Walking Club and A Twitter Bird watching group.
More take away and Restaurants are located north and South of and near the top of the hill roundabout.
Burrill Lake to the South has take away food also and a Cafe.
The town has higher minimum temperatures than Port Macquarie in the winter months, although Port Macquarie has higher maximum temperatures of a day. In winter naturally.
Also Ulladulla has higher winter minimums than Batemans Bay in winter,
Ulladulla is located within 2.5 hrs drive to Canberra, 2 hrs to Wollongong and 3 hrs from Sydney, again adding to its appeal.
One day I suspect the population may exceed Nowra...Current population is around 16,000 Nowra 22,000

The quality of life in Ulladulla is very high if you own your own home.
Ulladulla and surrounds has some of the best beaches you will find.
To the West is excellent Bushwalking.
Ulladulla has good competition for grocery prices with Aldi, Coles and Woolworths present.
Ulladulla has Medical, Pathology and Ultra Sound Scanning.
Bunnings and Mitre 10 Hardware Stores.
Mollymook has a Medical Centre and Chemist shop a small super marker and take away food stores.
For up market Accomodation Bannisters Headland and Banisters lodge.
Mollymook also has a Bowling Club and a Golf Club.
There is a Twin Cinema and the Dunn Lewis Centre for indoor 10 pin bowling and indoor Basket Ball.
There are numerous sports fields around the area.
At Milton most of the llive entertainment in the area, with 2 Hotels, other live venues including Milton Theartre .
In addition there are numerous Botique Shops, Cafes and Arts and Crafts..
Milton also has its own Hospital.
Because of all this population and property have surged during 2020 to the present and many new subdivisions are being developed to meet demand.
