The single thing I would advise you to do is avoid dating sites and dating coordinators in Ukraine. This is a big business & will cost you a substantial chunk of your hard-to-replace money.

I'm sure you & most others will ignore this advice & go to tinder etc to try to date 10/10 models, then get a shock when they see a 500 dollar restaurant bill! When, not if you go down that road, ask in advance the name of the restaurant or club your date is recommending. Then check google maps for the comments on that place, before you visit. The girls that will scam you, do so in the same restaurants as they share the bounty with the staff. So if you see the restaurant your date recommends is a scam joint, run like heck, eg Ibiza Club in Odessa as just one common example if you read the testimonials.

Equally, consider smaller towns like Ivana Frankjvisk over Lviv to reduce the likelihood of running into a gold digger.

Lastly, learn the language using Duolingo or something similar. It is unlikely a retired woman who is looking for a life sponsor would know english & if she does, she is propbably not looking for a foreign retired american.

I would appreciate if someone could send me any information about which cites are the best to live in as far as quality of life, loving quality, safety, crime, 2-3 bedroom decent quality apartments, quality of healthcare, cost of healthcare and entertainment, law enforcement, retiring in, available jobs for retirees, job salaries, driving conditions, cost of vehicles, gasoline, availability of quality women for marriage for retired men, and any other pertinent information for a US citizen considering relocation to Ukraine
