I love being able to compare locations for cost of living. I notice that Puerta Vallarta Mexico has increased a lot since I've been there about 3 years ago. I compare to Brazil and in Brazil you can now live much more economically than in Mexico for most places. Meals are half the price in some locations in Brazil and rents are about 1/3 the price in coastal Brazil in cities like Joao Pessoa which are beautiful locations with world class beaches. Well, I'll be living in Mexico given it's closer to the USA, but I'm likely to move to Brazil at some point - or find more economical resort locations in Mexico, too.
