Not real prices.
I have one bedroom apartment outside of center (really not the best location) for 18.000 CZK (without costs) and I had problems with finding one.

This prices correspond to beggining of 2018... if you can rent me 3 bedroom apartment for 40.000 ( you are mentioning 30...) I will be paying you the difference first 3 months. I have 2kk (1 living room w a kitchen and an extra bedroom) for 27.500 excluding all utilities, on an edge, what is still considered Prague. Unless you want to live in a squat house, be ready to pay 50.000+ for rent in city center or 30+ outside.

You should be lucky to find a room for 11 000 outside of city center...
