I'm sorry, didn't pay attention to the wording, because in China nobody uses feet as area measurement, they use square meters. Therefore the price in square feet is correct.

The prices stated are definitely wrong. Price per Square Feet to Buy Apartment in City Centre is not 1.872.91 RMB but 18,000 RMB and more.Outside of Centre, depends on location is around 10,000 or more.
