Dear Sir/Madam. A property covering 37.34 square yards , shops on street level and 1 storey of apartments , situated on the corner of Ramaswami Tower opposite Allana Masjid Shoe Market Garden. What would a rough estimated value of such a property be worth. Please reply ASAP.

I want to ask a question please
Suppose that a plot of 240 yards (i.e. 240 yards lease to a single person) is divided into two portions and then construct it upto 3rd floor to make it total of 8 portions of 120 yards and then sale it into 8 different persons and say that I will issue a document of 'sub-lease' to your name by KDA
Tell me that these portions are legal or not?
