For your intrest, we live in a housing estate in Urla. Urla is located out side of city center (distance to city center is 25km). In our housing estate houses have 4 floor and gardens. On average cost of such huge properties are 4-5 million Turkish Liras. If you are looking for much more expensive neighborhoods it is possible that the cost can be doubled.
