Thailand Price per square meter to buy an apartment in the city center 3,200 EUR (1,500-6,000)
Average monthly net salary (after taxes) 526 EUR
Kuala Lumpur Price per square meter to buy a city center apartment 2,600 EUR (1,700-4,300)

We notice that Thailand-Bulgaria, while having about the same cost of living, property prices are outrageous in Thailand, a serious sign of a real estate price bubble.
Kuala Lumpur - Serbia Serbia is a similar case.
Why come to invest by buying real estate in Dubai when it has restrictions and mainly will pay extra money for maintenance of public spaces.
Banks and entrepreneurs are taking advantage of this by forming a real estate price bubble.
All Muslim countries should teach Muslims to pay income tax. Hydrocarbons belong to the state, not to the citizens.
Many disgruntled people enter looking for work feeling rich thinking that the wealth of the Muslim states belongs to the Muslim Citizens.

the price in the center of dubai is in feet and cost 1300 2500 and more which translate 14000 t0 26000 AED

Hi Guys, just couple questions: 1)Is it available to do a new island with exactly dimensions for construction and how much approximately cost of one square metre or foot? 2)All I see on sale now is almost round or close to this shape but does it exist some with different like strip shape?
