No, it is not cheapest, but most expensive countries in terms of housing price to income ratio.

It is much more expensive than many cities or town in terms of price.

When we compare in terms of price income ratio, which is exceed 60 years of local citizen income, the city housing price is even more expensive than the New York, London, Tokyo, and even more expensive than Singapore and Hong Kong.
