looking for 2 bed house or apartment in Cebu or Luzon. in a safe area, with garden . would also consider an apartment with good size balcony..near airport or motorway access to Cebu or Manila city.

Cebu is growing much faster than in the previous year. What would happen if the central bank to reduce interest rates is an increase in inflation which will leak into the real estate market. With low interest rates, many big property developers are able to borrow to expand their real estate empire.
