Amman's 2 br flat in a good location of the city where upper middle class would choose to live is as follows as of 2022:

1- Furnished: 500-550 JD per month
2- Un-furnished: 350-370 JD per month

In Amman the city "organisation" is not the European style, with the city centre as the top ranking properties' location.
There is the old town which is considered as city centre, but it is not a location where middle or upper middle class would choose to live.
There are other locations, more popular for living where decent quality (but not luxury) 1 BR apartment would be 500 - 600 JOD, and 3 BRs apartment would be 1'000 - 1'500 JOD a month.
In Amman, the greatest majority of apartments are fully furnished, situated in the buildings up to 4 floors high.
