The price you entered is no true. In Addis Ababa, you need to cost 1M2 home (per meter square) was more than 3475 in Ayat real estate around the city center. All ohtehr facts are put low, but realy what we are facing is high

Ministry of construction and city admin.must work hard to solve resedential problem for citizens with fair price. The price escalated because of realestate's company's unsatified profit marigin which is 50 to 65% from building construction. Not only that by importing finishing material they will grab unlimited profit.
