Warangal is Smart City because you can find big holes on roads.. worst travelling experience.

Warangal Is Smart City Because they merged 48 Villages under Greater Warangal. no villages don't have proper roads govt here to collect only municipal taxes. no proper drainage system, mosquitoes, pigs, water mixed with drainage. traffic pollution, till now we don't have new master plan for city development
