As a retired American with limited income I am very curious about the best city to live in. Low rent and so on. I also would like very much to be able to teach young men mechanics, auto, motorcycle as well as industrial. Also residential and industrial electrical. I am especially interested in teaching what we call "at risk" young men, who without guidance and training could easily wind up as criminals. Any guidance will be very much appreciated.
