77.50 air quality Ocala. Still confused as to how to read this. Is that a good score for air or a bad one,?

What about the pollution index of about 27. Is that denoting a polluted city or just slightly polluted?

I was offered apt near Closetmaid on SW 27th Ave and am concerned re the businesses there in the area and all the diesel from trucks especially closetmaid.
