I can't compare the quality of air and water of Kabul with other cities in the world. because it is much poor and getting worse. the government of Afghanistan as we as the international agencies are not addressing the issue. such situation lets that people int the city affected with different diseases. there is no place for green parks, mostly the lands in the city which were planned for greenery, has been taken by government authorities (land mafia) for their own benefit. In general I will summarize it that the environmental quality in Kabul city is the worsen in the world and will not improve if such situation remain in the ground.
