air pollution in Faridabad is very bad. I dont understand it's near our capital and all the agencies like CPCB SPCB,MCF not taking any action against the airpollution sources.

Faridabad is balancing out the other good cities in NCR. It's like maintaining the Ying Yang... If there is something good then there has to be something bad. Love this city, it's chaos, it's pollution, it's hard working tired people, it's unhappy complaining society... it's all lovely.

Air quality in Faridabad is the worst I've ever seen in any city in India I've been to ever. There is so much fine dust in the air you want to go away from here as soon as possible. There are no plants to control this agitated soil in roadsides. Authorities are only sleeping. Not enough trees, no planting on roadsides and no measures taken for its residents

The only reason to live in Faridabad its low property cost as compared to Delhi and other NCR..otherwise there is not even a single thing that can delight u here..roads are filthy.. Air quality severely poor due to immense dust and pollution.. Water quality in not good .. Markets are age old.. Garbage all around.. Which is highly frustrating.. And the frustration can be seen in the behavior of people as well.. Bhagwan bharose hai sab..

Faridabad MCF disgusting, attitude in Faridabad or even in Delhi means to be rude..Oogling at women is like hell yes, everyone does that..jumping a red light is a thrill for the people here (including women)... cleanliness--forget it...boring to the core of it and pathetic roads...
Resident on Nov 07, 2017:
Being a resident, Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan & Smart City initiatives are only on paper as far as Faridabad is concerned. Municipality, Police including Traffic , these departments are invisible. Leaving sectors 15, 16 and 17 (sarkari babus live here) and to some extent 19, and the newly developed Neharpar area, the rest of Faridabad is crying for roads relaying and repair. The only visible development is the NH. Let me mention Top few problems of Faridabad, in that order, Air Pollution, Garbage collection and disposal, Local Transport, Sewer and sanitation, Invisible Policing. Interestingly Faridabad police is visible during 1st to 15th Feb every year, courtesy Surajkund Mela. The very fact that cost of the property is depreciating speaks volumes about its quality of living.
