The healthcare system needs to fold back and give the patient the authority of when to receive treatment and for how long. The patient should also have the right to leave the hospital at anytime without any problems. The patient should also determine with authority the medication given from a doctor but should in fact be able to establish a reoccurring visit or find a new doctor that will provide the medication needed The patient should have the right and authority to report the pharmacy technician staff for any reasons such as discrimination, judgment of character, victim status, information slander, and other issues such as not wanting to serve a patient for disliking the social status and or problems with doctors, nurses and staff. This situation should be evaluated appropriately and should not become a criminal legal issue unless there are threats, fear, discrimination, stalking, harrassement, trespassing and records of rape and sexuall assaults

I do not like the fact of being forced into hospitalizations or bakeracted. They at medical facilities treats the patient with too much authority and not enough care or concern for treatment of care. They belittle adults who can speak for themselves and can take care of their own lives. When a patient asks to be released by law it should be granted. When a patient wishes to speak to the doctor or staff administration regarding medications, the patient should not be forced to take the medication and the patient should be able to communicate about the medication any side affects and details about whether or not the client wishes to be willing to participate in a therapy environment and if the patient would like to share any traumatic events in their life that has caused some form of mental health problem. The patient should be allowed to find their healthcare professional whether it be a counselor, a therapist, a gynogologist, a primary care doctor or specialist. If the patient specifies a spefic problem then and only then should the facility, doctor, or nurse should extend the medication review, a trial period and a permanent to include the evaluation process which gives the patient the authority to choose the best medication for their problem, illness. Rape victims and sexual assault victims records should be in a database which can point out the abuse or determine whether or not the incident occurred whether the records are housed in law enforcement databases are not, legally the patient should have the rights to all histories of traumatic events which could include battery and permanent brain function and bodily function elements. Patients should have the legal right to socialize with whom ever they chooses. Patients should also have the right to report anyone whom they have not authorized to view their information. Patients who have been allowed to purchase and register a handgun should be treated with care and checked on throughout the ownership process, making sure their has not been a threat which has risen against them by anyone. Also including the mental state of communication regarding any domestic verbal disputes, stalking, harrassement, racially profiling and treaspassing that may raise an alarm to the patient who had or has legal approval to own a firearm weapon even with a mental health problem, illness or disability.
