As all Italy i think the healthcare system is quite good, you don’t have to pay anything (or just a “ticket” of 25/30€) for every kind of operation. The only problem is that sometimes, if you want a particular operation the wait can be long, and some people prefer to go to private clinic, which however are also less expensive than the ones in other countries (like U.S.) and its possible to deduct these spending off the taxes. The healthcare (as the education system) is one of the many reason I like to live there, its not perfect but its much better than in many other countries
