For personal reasons I would not raise familly around Port Elizabeth mostly in Walmer Township , without considaring crime rate also unemployement rate ,I believe pollution on its own from industriest such as airport that produces sulpharic acid daily also transanet produces large air polutions daily so for me we can work together with my ideas since we now understand everything vibrates so the frequency emitted by cars,machines also planes we might use it effectively together.
