Planning on moving to Funchal from the States in fall 2023. Wondering about safety issues in Imaculada Coracao Maria. Is this area good for children? Thanks!

I have been to Funchal and I love it 100%. One of the best place I have ever been. I would recommend to everyone. The experience was amazing. People are warm and welcoming, place is beautiful, the weather is great, also very safe when I went there. Love Madeira.
