i almost got robbed in cordoba spain. i didnt stray too far from the tourist section, but it was night and poorly lit, and i was about to pass these 3 guys sitting on a doorstep in the dark, but my mental alarm went off, cause the looked suspicious. surprising and fortunate cause im usually oblivious about my surroundings. so i turned around, and they started following me wearing scarves around their faces (it was winter).
