Two teachers retiring fairly soon and sick of the heat of Texas. Our dream was to move to England, but we'd have to continue working to move there. We're looking for a colder place where our pension will go far and we're considering Toluca and Puebla. We like that they are both near a large international airport (Mexico City) so we can travel. Does anyone with experience have any thought or insight that might help?
