This is an outdoor's paradise. It is not an 'urban' centre but it is multicultural and there is a great university and college in this city. A beautiful newer hospital. The waterfront is spectacular. It would be a city for 'healthy' people with the ambition to appreciate what is good rather than focus on the issues that many cities face. Although it doesn't have the shopping luxuries most urban cities have, it is multi-cultural and housing is affordable! Many positives when one has the appropriate attitude. The negative population would be miserable wherever they live as many just have that tendency to see what is wrong than what is right.
