@Vas Shame on you ! Your comments about marina are unacceptable. And you have no idea of the hardshiships people ib Greece are going through. I guess you have a wealthy family . So, go on visiting nice pkaces, and let poor people alone.

I added prices for the purchase of property at 190 sm and 140 sm - this was an error as I meant 1900 sm and 1400 sm. Your data quality checker picked it up, but I could not see how to correct the error. Those numbers were an error.

Prices for property were going up before the pandemic, so we will be watching pricing for the next year or two after the pandemic.

Actually rent is much cheaper than mentioned in here, basically you can easily find a 3 bedroom apartment outside of city centre (30-40 mins on public transport) for just 200-250€ + around 50-70€ on electricity water and etc. (but may be higher because it depends on your area and how old is apartment), other mentioned prices looks true.

Thessaloniki is one of the most beautiful cities to live in Europe and i can say so by having visited many of them.It is considered ,alongside with Chania (Crete island) the 2 most beautiful cities in Greece!

The unique combination of sea,sun and mountains nearby alongside with its friendly people and the extreme recently "value for money" in renting premises, makes it an ideal destination should someone having a 1k+ income monthly.

There is a big diversity in all its aspects,so someone could find what they are up to,once they speak to people that know the city. This includes good areas or not that good ones, family friendly areas etc etc and it is a unique hub of tastes and entertainemnt.

Chalkidiki, one of the best areas to spend your summer holidays in terms of variety of sea sides and everything, ranges from 30min to 1hr &30mins by car.

Marina obviously did not had a nice time ,so i wish her next time to spend a lovely time and not to act as if the Greeks say "thn stravogamhsan" and get into false and innacurate statements.
