Yo, cost of living is sky rocketing right now, but salaries aren't really moving that fast nor that much. Houses that are being built right now are near $500k mark. There's a lot of growth happening right now - rebuilding midtown, downtown and new business are attracting a lot of people to move here and looking forward to more economic growth which is great I guess.
