Nor sure where you get the $1200 for a one bedroom. Maybe in 2008. That is now the cost for something outside the city center. A studio apartment will run you around $1500 in a non-nice one. A nice one with a pool and laundry in unit is around $1750-1800.

The city is getting more and more expensive. You know what $1700 is? More than half my monthly paycheck after taxes. I work full time. This city is absurd!
