This is completely wrong and ridiculous. You need to add at least 20% to be even close to reality. Probably 30%-40% would be more accurate.

@Francis Its very safe to buy property in Slovenia but like in all other places you need to be careful.

Slovenia is a great place for a holiday.But never consider buying Property in Slovenia as the Market is still not regulated and there are thousands of Illegall properties in the Country.Regards Francis.
