Giving a price of apartments in the City where they are rare and expensive have no sense whatsoever.
It should be based on average price of the typical house (terrace or semidetached).
I know that it maybe difficult to calculate - but
So for example £ 175.000 / 60 m^2 = £ 2917

Rent equal to 26.2% at £500 or more? Well, your targeted user base certainly earns a more than I do working full time in this city, as rent hits at 43% of my income while working full time. Can't say that fills me with confidence using this website.
