Is somewhat accurate you can find such apartments they're usually fairly bad...
Old poor falling apart and poorly constructed...
New apartments are closer to 40,000 on the city outskirts and suburbs
Who do I talk to first about making aliya?

somewhere near the Old City. One of my uncles lived in the ‘ ‘German section’ - is it still called that? Lovely.
Where do I start? I’m in USA.
