The above prices I find too low. And I've lived in Gr Rap for 40 yrs.

Grand Rapids has been named Beer City USA. There are many Micro Breweries. People here eat out very often, and there are more restaurants per mile than almost anywhere in the U.S. Many Steak houses, cultural and ethnic foods.
