People are moving to Boise from everywhere especially California.I'm a native Idahoan born in Boise. My birthplace has been ruined by others from other states due to high prices and quality of life.Average rent for a one bedroom apartment is currently $750 per month not including utilities.I moved to Challis Idaho to get away from that plus the hateful outsiders that dwell in Boise now.

Boise has a lot of hidden fees, and internet is more expensive than any other place I have lived. The city requires a back flow test on sprinkler systems, relatively inexpensive but when you add all the other hidden fees it adds up.
Sewer and trash are billed together at a rate of approximately $40 per month.
Internet without tv costs me over $90 per month.
Average gas bill is $50 per month
Average electric bill is $80 per month.
Suez water is around $50 per month.
$90 annually to register my car.
$75 a month for car insurance
