Produce prices are significantly lower than what's listed here simply because there is so much local produce grown in the region

10lbs of potatoes can be had for $1.99.
Tomatoes can be had for $.99/lb through most of the year. High prices tend to be around $1.59

The same can be said for most other fruits and vegetables.
