95 million Rupiah per year is enough for living in Bandung for a single person although you would need to keep a budget. For two people it would be just enough if you live like the locals do and always buy your food at the traditional markets and don't eat out at restaurants or go shopping often. Buying a house would be too expensive so you would need to rent a small house (kontrakan) or cheap apartment. Some expats live here on 5 million Rupiah a month (60 million annually) but that's roughing it and you'd have to settle for a rooming house (known as "kosan" here) and keep a spreadsheet to monitor your finances. If you want to be comfortable, you'd need at least 20 million per month (240 million annually). Then you can have a house and not worry too much about expenses.
