#Ivan you can rent anywhere, no one will disturb you. If you speak russian, it will be much easier for you because old generation know russian language better. I would recommend you Yasamal, price is ok there.

Cost of living is very cheaph if you come from Europe for travel.

If you will travel to Baku I will suggest you very good Tranfer Service from Airport in Baku,
Because it can be problematic and some time I had problems with other service providers, like sudden price increase!!!! But this guys was always in time and very frendly.

#Hamid-you can live your normal student life with (60$ 4shared room, 100$ food, 100$ other>> 300$ normal life)
i dont recommend for working illegal it is not allowed

#Anonymous can earn 600-800 azn (400-500$) as a junior but senior can earn up to 1200$..i dont think any azeri girl will marry with foreigner unless you are very rich or turkish

#Ken yes you can rent 2 bed room too for 300$:)) no one will beat up you dont worry about that... maybe they can say something about you but you will not hear that:))

find job before you come to our can live your above average life with 1100$(cars are ok here 3000$ 2000 mercedes c180) and luxury life with 1600$+

vegetables and fruits are cheap in summer compared to winter

rent apartment 1 bedroom in near city (20 min) 200$
kia cerato 2015-15000$
mercedes c200 or pajero io 2000 or bmw 525 2000 -6000$
so you can live above average with 900$ salary
but with 1400$ salary you can live your luxury life in here, maybe after 5 years you can buy apartment even (2 bedroom 60000$ in Yasamal 30 min far away from city center)
