I've visited Montevideo much safer than Paraguay could ever be.Brazil borders Paraguay but you wouldn't actually know that since you have never been in Paraguay as I mentioned before.Don't mislead other foreigners by telling your lies jeopardizing their safety.Paraguay police officers and government look the other way when drug cartels pass through Paraguay from Peru Colombia and Brazil just as long as police and government in Paraguay get paid cash.Paraguay is the center of the transportation hub for these countries including Bolivia transporting many kilos of cocaine a fact daily.Stop lieing native Paraguayansjust like me know exactly what happens throughout Paraguay because we experience the extreme violence each day so shut up.
